Wish someone "Have a nice day" today

It’s hard to describe myself, I have always thought I’ve had some great experiences over the years but the best approach is always have a positive attitude and always look for something new to learn. If I were to focus on my Career for my "About Me" portion of this Blog I would say I’ve had a lot of great experiences in the last 15 years working at a couple of really great companies where I learned a great deal about what it really means to multitask and have excellent Time Management. The last company I worked for was Synnex Canada, I decided that the drive was a little long and the family life was changing enough for me to also make a move and join eBridge Software and help grow the company in anyway I possibly can.

After working with both customers directly and indirectly, one thing I’ve always strived for is to ensure the customer's needs are taken care of. If a customer ever has an issue it is more of an impact for someone in sales to take that one extra step and go that extra mile for them as you never know what opportunity it might turn into. I recall selling a $5 printer cable to someone years ago and I believe all I really did was tell them to “have a great day” and it turns out that same person was about to buy a great number of computers for his companies office, believe me that “have a great day” turned out to be a fantastic day as it earned a great customer that turned out to be an excellent business relationship. Ever since then I always ensure I wish someone well or "Have a nice day"
